次の2つの文を比べてみましょう。

       I'd like to meet you at your office on Wednesday, if it's convenient.
       I'd like to meet you on Wednesday at your office, if it's convenient.

どちらも自然な表現です。時間と場所のどちらから書いても問題ありません。

ただし、慣例的に、日時と曜日などの言い回しに決まりがあるものがあります。

       自然な表現1: in the morning of the 18th
       自然な表現2: on the 18th, in the morning
       不自然な表現: on the 18th, morning (X)

       自然な表現1: on Tuesday the 18th
       自然な表現2: on the 18th (Tuesday)
       不自然な表現: on the 18th, Tuesday (X)
